The Largest, Most Unique Penthouse In Dubai Is Up For Sale, Asking AED 600 Million

The Emerald Palace Group (EPG) has recently announced the listing of Dubai's most expansive penthouse for sale, priced at AED 600 million.

Named the Super Penthouse R1, this luxurious residence occupies the top three floors and the rooftop of the Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences. With a total area of 77,707 square feet, it represents a historic moment as the largest private dwelling ever offered in Dubai's property market.

The Super Penthouse R1 boasts eight bedrooms, along with a private elevator leading directly to the Grand Saloon on the first level. It features a large dining room and a spacious sitting area, both providing access to a central terrace, ideal for hosting large gatherings while enjoying stunning views.

The penthouse comes with numerous high-end amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, a spa and wellness area complete with a Cryogenic room and a Hay relaxation room, an outdoor swimming pool, and areas for relaxation and entertainment like a mini golf course set in a meditation garden, an indoor/outdoor cinema lounge, and a basketball court. It also offers 10 parking spaces, a distinctive cigar lounge, and a bar that provides 360-degree vistas of the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline.

Seran Gheorghe, EPG's Vice-President and Director of Sales for Raffles The Palm Dubai Residences, highlighted the penthouse's listing as a pivotal moment, reflecting Dubai's growing prominence in the global luxury real estate market and the increasing interest from high-net-worth individuals.

The property's handover is scheduled for 15 months from the booking date.

This listing follows other notable sales in Dubai's luxury property market, including the sale of a 5-bedroom Como Residences penthouse on Palm Jumeirah for AED 500 million, covering 21,949 square feet, and the offering of Bugatti Residences by Binghatti’s Sky Mansion Penthouse in June 2023 for AED 750 million, although its size remains undisclosed.

The luxury real estate sector in Dubai has been a key driver of market growth, with demand outpacing supply and prices reaching unprecedented heights in 2023.
