It will provide a mix of two- to four-bedroom residences, half-floor penthouses, and Sky Mansions.
The interior design integrates biophilia and classical feng shui, aiming at sustainability and well-being.

Architectural design is led by WSP Middle East and Woods Bagot, with interiors by Mitchell & Eades.
