Address Hotels + Resorts opens first beachfront property

The Address Beach Resort has opened to the public and is the first-ever Address beachfront property.

The project has been developed by Al-Ain Holding with two 77-floor twin towers, connected with the tallest inhabited skybridge in the world.

In addition to the aforementioned superlative features, the project is eyeing the Guinness Records for the “highest infinity pool” title.

Commenting on the property, group chief executive officer of Al Ain Holding, Rabih Karam, said: “The opening of Address Beach Resort and Address Beach Residences is testament to our undoubted commitment to developing landmark projects adding a new dimension to the luxury offering of Dubai.”

With reservations now open for hotel stays from December, Chris Newman, spokesperson for Emaar Hospitality Group, which is responsible for delivering the group of premium luxury hotels, said: “We are excited to bring the Address experience to life at the brand’s first beachfront property located at one of the most popular locations in Dubai.

Address Beach Resort offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the iconic Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye).

The resort features 217 guest rooms and suites including deluxe rooms, one and two-bedroom suites as well as a three-bedroom presidential suite. The Residences feature 443 fully furnished and serviced apartments and 478 unfurnished residential apartments. 

In addition, the resort features a 100m-long beach strip, family-friendly and adults-only pools. Focusing on holistic wellness, the resort also features a fitness centre and other recreational facilities.

The Address Jumeirah Resort + Spa

The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will be the tallest tower on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline and is within walking distance of the Dubai Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Walk and The Beach Walk. The tower offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Dubai Marina and Ain Dubai – the world’s largest observation wheel currently under construction.
