Emaar launched Arabian Ranches III a few weeks ago, and the first release of three and four-bed townhouses sold out within 48 hours.

We are now waiting for the next phase to be released, we have the payment plan, the brochures, the plot map and the location; all you need now is the availability and prices.

Expect three beds to sell for between AED 1.2m and AED1.35m and four beds to sell at AED 1.5m to AED 1.75m all with a 50% DLD waiver, no service fees for fiveyears and 3-year post-handover payment plan.

I am always talking and writing about the Belgravia residential buildings in JVC, they are all of the highest quality, best designs, well managed and maintained and occupancy levels and rents are by far the highest in the area.

We have studios that are ready now for AED 550k, one bed which are both off-plan and available to move in now starting at under AED 800k and two beds selling for between AED 1.1m and AED 2m.

Belgravia 2 is in the process of handing over, and I spent most of this Saturday sitting in the reception meeting a steady stream of potential buyers and tenants who were walking off the street wanting to see the latest project from this developer. We experienced the same at Belgravia 1 when it was handing over two years ago, andwe had that entire building rented out within six weeks at some of the highest rents ever achieved in JVC.

Construction has now begun on The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, a vast waterfront development, with completion scheduled for ahead of Dubai’s Expo 2020 world fair, which kicks off in October that year.

Piercing through a canopy of clouds, The Tower, at 3,045ft (928m), aims to take the title of world’s tallest tower, which the 2,723ft-tall (830m) Burj Khalifa, also in Dubai, has held since 2010.
But it’s got competition. The Jeddah Tower, in Saudi Arabia, is also slated to finish in 2020.
