- Emaar’s Arabian Ranches post-handover payment offer expired on July 31st and was immediately replaced with a very special offer on their apartments in Downtown – A seven-year payment plan - Pay 5% now, 5% in 30 days, 5% in 6 months and 5% in 12 months, 5% on handover and 75% post-handover with 5% every 4 months for 5 years combined with 100% off the DLD property registrations fees and no service charges for three years.
- Just two buildings qualify for this Emaar deal – Act One Act Two located within the Opera District of Downtown Dubai- due for handover in November 2020 with two beds starting at AED 2.4m and the three beds at AED 3.7m
