Grand Bleu Tower by Elie Saab

Legendary fashion designer Elie Saab has joined forces with Dubai real estate giant Emaar Properties and Abu Dhabi’s Aldar on a new, branded tower in the residential community of Emaar Beachfront at the much-anticipated Dubai Harbour.

Saab has designed the one-to-four-bedroom luxury apartments boasting Palm Jumeirah and sea views, as well as a private beach, at the gated island destination in the Arabian Gulf. 

The 10 million square feet Emaar Beachfront promises Miami beach style living with access to a 1.5km private beach and a range of leisure and lifestyle attractions including F&B outlets, beachside play areas and retail pop-ups.

Emaar is already offering the first residences for sale at a twin-tower development of 33-storeys and 26-storeys, Beach Vista, in Emaar Beachfront.

Other towers at Emaar Beachfront include Sunrise Bay Dubai, a premium twin tower of 26 storeys, as well as Beach Vista Dubai, a state-of-the-art apartment building comprising two stately towers connected by a podium level with a swimming pool.

Dubai Harbour
