The signs are that summer is close now; the cold-water tap has hot water running out of it and it's time to take a sweater if you are planning to spend any time indoors as the air conditioning is now set to freezing. Interestingly, after 14 years of living in Dubai, my blood has thinned so much that I have no issue walking outside in 35 degrees wearing a suit jacket whilst all about me are in shorts and t-shirts, let the fun begin.

My work must continue as normal with trying to find great off-plan "Buy to Let" properties that tick all the boxes and which I am confident of recommending to my clients.

Mudon just launched its third and possibly the final phase of Arabella Townhouses. These contemporary designed homes are 3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached townhouses located in what is fast becoming one of the city's most popular family communities. Harbour Gate

Eaton Place

Our Leasing Team is waiting for the keys to be handed over for Belgravia One and we have a list as long as two arms of potential tenants who have enquired about renting in this high quality building, we have already taken a few deposits for two beds at AED 120k and one beds at AED 90k per year. Belgravia Two has almost completely sold out but they still have a few of their unique 2-bedroom duplex ground floor apartments that come highly recommended. So now we will shortly be announcing the latest and greatest from this developer, again located in the popular Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
